Collective management of copyright and related property rights, or the principle of one window, as it is often called, is the most effective mechanism for realizing the interests of right owners and users. Collective management, on the one hand, facilitates the use of objects protected by copyright and related rights, and, on the other hand, ensures fair compensation to the right holders.

Our organization helps copyright and related rights owners from around the world realize their rights. For this purpose, we represent and manage their property rights in Georgia on a collective basis. We license, collect royalties and distribute them worldwide. Our organization was created by the right holders in 1999, in accordance with the Law of Georgia ``On Copyright and Related Rights``, is a non-commercial (non-profit) legal entity and operates according to the best standards available in the world.
